The BE NOLA Collective is an annual, application-based professional learning community of Black-governed, Black-led schools that receives capacity-building support from BE NOLA based on the five essential conditions for effective schools. BE NOLA Collective schools receive coaching and wraparound support from Black institutions and service providers throughout the year towards the goal of strengthening academic and operational quality and fostering the conditions for more strategic coordination and resource sharing.
